Problem Solving

Meeting: Nothing was voted on last week.

Cleaning: Sign up for the remaining Spring Break cleaning jobs. They are on the 2S door. Also, errors on the cleaning sheet shall be fixed.
Sean H, here are some positions that should be considered:
1N/1S Bathroom – 35 points
3NBathroom/Laundry/TV room-25 points
3NBathroom/Sanitize Commons – 25 points
Hall Trash – 20 points

Bureaucracy: Nothing to say.

Community: Beer pong tournament? Noah can hook us up with a cheap keg. Potential future things: Game night, etc.

Credit: Only two point-based fines this past week: Ashley and Jamaal.

Education: Nothing to report

Environmental: Lawn was mowed. Also, mowers/gas cans must me moved outside, so sayeth the Fire Marshall.

Food: Sign up for food jobs. There is no food probation due to not doing the one monthly job. Reminder, food jobs you skip are $25 fine.

Mail: The mail’s mail.

Occupancy: It is going to be given up.

Purchaser: Stuff is being purchased. Also, this position is being given up. Sign up for this.

Recycling: Still being done.

Renter: Rent’s posted. Those on 20-day eviction notices need to get that done before the 20th. If there are problems on the rent sheet, see Noah.

Repair: Sean will no longer do electrical stuff because of a near-electrocution.

Safety: The job is being given up for real this week.

Shop: The screen-printing shop is gonna be sweet. Also, make suggestions for tool purchases.

Tech: Internet: download speed is fine, upload speed sucks. This explains slow online gaming speed. Thanks AT&T.

Treasurer: AWOL

Agenda:
–Combining coordinator positions: Still being discussed. Come to the meetings if you want more details.
–Jamaal/Katie point transfer: Jamaal was not given points promised to him by Katie. The math has been redone and 180 points have been assigned retroactively to account for the error.
–Jamaal and the food program: Jamaal was not aware that he was placed into the food program after he gained a positive rent balance, therefore he has been charged for food he has not eaten. He will be reimbursed for the food he never intended to eat in the first place.
–Real construction start date: Paden sayeth that the real start date for construction is not May 10th, but May 17th due to funding peculiarities.
