If you wish to, download a copy of our application for membership, with a brief introduction to the Sunflower House. You can print it, fill it out, and then bring it by the house at 1406 Tennessee St. Or you can fill it out and email it to us at Sunflower.coop@gmail.com. Make sure in your email you indicate that it is an application submission in the email header.

31. I have read the Introduction to the Sunflower House Cooperative and studied the Cooperative Code and I understand the basic purposes and practices of the Cooperative. If I am accepted as a member, I agree to abide by the rules of the Cooperative and to work towards its goals. Additionally, I give my previous landlord permission to release my rental information (dates of residency, amount of rent, rent payment history, cleanliness, quietness, and responsiveness to problems) to Sunflower House Cooperative.
