The Sunflower house is a student housing cooperative in Lawrence, Kansas.
We have a total of 30 rooms for occupancy in the house. Rent ranges from $250-$350, depending upon which room is desired/available. Utilities are included in rent, as are many other amenities:

We have weekly meetings and meals and we all participate in a work sharing program which includes cleaning, maintenance, paper work, among other chores. We are an ideal community for students, artists, musicians and generally socially and ecologically conscious persons.
Living at the Sunflower House is different from other housing arrangements because as members we OWN the house, as opposed to just renting.
